Viewing our special energy structure, for a very long time in the future, coal-fired power plant will still occupy the major position in China. For decades, the mechanism of coal combustion characteristics and pollutants have made great achievements. To meet the requirements of high temperature research,a better test-bed of carrier coal combustion was built, which can long-term normally work at 1600℃, can be used to carry out high-temperature characteristic of coal combustion researches, high temperature reaction kinetics researches, pollutants generation and movement researches.So the test-bed has prominent advantages. It has very important significance for energy saving and environmental protection.The test-bed adopted new materials and new technology, consisted of the furnace body, the wind powder system, five consecutive sampling system, data acquisition and corresponding monitoring system.The test instruments we choosed can transfer the temperatrue and pressure signal into 4-20mA current output,which lay the foundation for the automatic data collection.The software based on Advantech PCI-1713, PCI-1720U and SDK-2000 capture card, called driver functions in the C + + Builder 6.0 environment, realized data acquisition. Software can be easily used to set up the test parameters, and verify the reasonableness of the parameters; the temperature, flow, pressure and other experimental data of the various parts can be automatically collected,saved and disposed through filtering, and so that it make the transient research easy to realize; the combustion image in the furnace can be shooted by CCD probe,and then obtain the temperature field by using two-color method; the forced draught blower adopted V/F control mode by the transducer, can be adjusted automatically to optimize combustion.At last though the research of the furnace temperature field uniformity, the instruments were calibrated and the software was inspected, and there was an acceptable range of error.The instruments and the program can operate normally in a word. Considering the existence of the problems, a plan for the next step was put forward.
