The subject of this paper is to make a study of the earthquake resistant characteristics of SRC column-Steel beam Frameeinforced Concrete Core Hybrid Structure. Based on relative experiment, it takes into account the differences of every level stiffness deterioration that is connected with the damping ratio to research the earthquake response of the structure, and the nonlinear problem is treated by the method of linearization. In the paper, the means is called as Substitute Stiffness Method. In the cause of calculation, structure non-proportionate damping is substituted by proportionate damping by means of weighted mean of components?curving potential energy, and the structure linear analysis program SAP84 is used.
