The Experimemal Investig Ation On Reducing The Exhaust Emissions Of Vehicl D.i.engine

The factors affected exhaust emissions of the vehicle DI dieselEngine YC6l08ZQB were studied by experiments. The authormatched the turbochargers, added the inter-cooler, adjusted the fueliujection system parameters, improved the process cylinder honingtechnics and the lubricating oil nozzle, selectedthree kinds of fuel to docontrastive experiments according to the nation's criterionGB17691-1999.The test results have showed turbocharger with inter-cooler candeduce NO_x emission 46% and PT emission 65%. It is a main measureto deduce the exhaust emissions.The experiments have deduced the exhaust emissions ofYC6108ZQB effectively. The NO_x emission is 6.9 g/kW.h and the PTemission is 0.13g/kW.h. They have reached the limit of GB17691-1999criterion, corresponding to Europe â…¡.
