Command Order Sheet Expert System (COSES) in the dispatchingcenter is an important part of expert system application in power systems.COSES in interprovincial netWork and provincial netWork is associatedwith varieties of power noW stability protection and security automaticdevices. So COSES is very complex. Based on actual condition of InnerMongolia power network, a COSES is developed in this thesis. The mainachievements are summarised as fOllows:l.
