An Application Of Dispatcher Operation-Order-Sheet Expert System To SiYang Power Grid

The expert system on operation order has several advantages. It not only can relieve people's workload, shorten the time of making out an operation order, but also can realize the sheet's workflow management, and make sure the standardization of sheet's function and the reliability of power supply. But most of the existing expert systems do not fit the county dispatch's practical situation.According to the county dispatch's necessary, object-oriented programming (OOP) is introduced. The knowledge representation of power network knowledge and operation knowledge is researched. The operation term is divided into inner and exterior, and is stored with the frame format. The efficiency and applicability is improved by doing these. In the inference engine section, target-drive control, depth-first search and breadth-first search are adopted. By introducing operate-unit, topology maintenance and sheet's creation are solved well. Based on the project application, regard the SiYang county dispatch as research object, one kind of operation order expert system with agility, maintainability and applicability is exploited. This system adopts modularization method. The knowledge base and inference engine are separated. The knowledge base can be modified and maintained by convenient man-machine interface. Because of these reasons, the system has good applicability, and the workload of application and generalization is shortened greatly.
