A Test Instrumentation Based On ATM89C51 For The Dielectric Oil Breakdown Voltage

The testing instrumentation is a kind of effective tool for testing the dielectric oil broken-down voltage in power field. With the high-speed development of electronic technology, single chip is more and more widely used in modem intelligent instrumentation and meter. In this article, the designing method of an instrumentation based on microcomputer AT89C51 is given, and the idea of its hardware and software is comprehensively proposed. Several problems are discussed: 1 how to output O~88KV high voltage: 2-. the collecting of high analysis voltage ; 3 -?the collecting of the dielectric oil broken-down current; 4~ the anti-jamming measure of the entire system. In the system. how to solve the anti-jamming problem is crucial. Accordingly. we take some measures. For example, the method of electricity isolating, a most reliable reset circuit, the use of all kinds of anti-jamming component and anti-jamming measure of software---these measures successfully solve the problem. These measures not only make the system woke more stably, but also make us feel safe in the testing process.
