| In this paper, the probable distributing of the position of the mass center and the torsional earthquake effect caused by accidental eccentricity were discussed. By calculating a mass of structure examples, we analyzed kinds of factors which may influence this kind earthquake effect, and get the rules of how the structure factors influence the torsional earthquake effect caused by accidental eccentricity. After these researches a simplified method for code and engineering is given.
