| In order to coordinate course of designing mechatronics system and mechatronics servo system, design and make mechatronics parameter coupling experiment bench. Students can be mastery of the whole course of designing mechatronics system and servo driving technology, especially, in mechatronics coupling, via doing experiment on this experiment bench. This thesis mainly introduce designing~ debugging~ doing experiment and analyzing result of experiment, the following concretely introduce content of thesis.Firstly, according to purpose of designing and making mechatronics coupling experiment bench, demonstrate project of experiment bench, establish mathematics model of experiment bench, which consist of mechanism transmission systems servo amplifier and servo motor. Analyze the whole performance of experiment bench and analyze influence of whole performance of experiment bench made by the parameter of each part of experiment bench, by way of making use of method of theory analyzing and simulation of Matlab language.Secondly, design and make mechanism transmission system. Changing main performance parameter is the feature of mechanism transmission system, in other words, inertia., hardness and dump can be changed in certain range. At the same time, in order to let students realize how non-linearity influences dynamic performance of mechanism transmission system, design two kinds of non-linearity, these are friction and clearance.Thirdly, explore surveillance system and design position loop system. In order to supervise the work status of experiment bench, choose three position & velocity sensor which serve as detecting equipment. These sensor are increment rotary encoder~ absolute rotary encoder and resolver transmitter, at the same time, design and make signal disposalII-1circuit for three sensor, the function of signal disposal circuit is not only disposing signal of sensor, but also collecting data from sensor via microprocessor and sending these data to PC via serial communication. The PC receives these data and displays the working status of experiment bench via virtual instrument software. The program of collecting data is written by assemble language, and the program of virtual instrument is written by VB language. In order to let students deeply realize servo construction of servo system and debugging of close loop and half close ioop system, design and make pulse comparing position loop circuit and numerical value comparing position loop circuit.Finally, do experiment on mechatronics parameter coupling experiment bench and analyze performance of whole system via data and dynamic response curse of mechanism transmission system and servo system, at the same time, tuning and optimal parameter of experiment system. |
