Periodic test and adjustment for electro-hydraulic servo valve, which is the keycomponent of the hydraulic servo system, are necessary measures to ensure the servosystem responding quickly and accurately. This topic focuses on the system software’sframework of the servo valve and its procedures in view of the virtual instrument. On thatbasis, according to the specifications and requirements in GB/T10844-2007---"GeneralSpecification of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve for Ship", by adopting LabVIEW software,a test system of a hydraulic servo valve has been developed. And the effect of the testsystem has been verified through static performance measured by the servo valve onFF102.The main contents and research items of the thesis are as follows:(1) According to the current national electro-hydraulic servo valve testing performancestandards and testing theory, test system scheme of dynamic and static characteristic testfor electro-hydraulic servo valve has been completed. The scheme mainly includes the testservo valve testing method, the basic parameters measurement plan, test system hardwareand anti-interference measures.(2) On the basis of the system testing scheme mentioned above, the servo valveperformance test system software is developed based on the virtual instrument technology.First of all, the test process is designed based on the determined test system scheme.Secondly, this paper discusses test system architecture plan adopting the combination ofthe state machine structure and producer/consumer model, which solves the influence onthe data collection rate of the test system data processing to raise the test accuracy causedby data leak or lose data because of buffer overflow extraction. Finally, signal generationcomponents, signal output procedure, multiple parameter collection procedures, curvefitting assembly, digital filter module, sweep frequency parameter calculation components,user login and information management system, test report output procedures and he helpprogram of the test system are offered to complete the test system software development.(3) The actual test for the exploit test system has been conducted at the FF102electric-hydraulic servo valve for the test object. And the test results show that thedeveloped test system could accomplish the testing of the electric-hydraulic servo valveprimely.The test functions of tester including signal generator, oscillometer and spectrumanalyzer are all realized by LabVIEW in the paper. The dynamic and static characteristictest of the servo valve has been completed on one test bench. Flow related parameters ofthe system are gained indirectly by displacement signal in measuring cylinder, and the system software architecture adopts parallel, multithreading circulation framework. All thework not only reduces the system development costs, but solves the data loss problemcaused by the influence on the data collection rate owing to data processing link, and stillmake the test process become more controllable.
