The defence of flood disaster of Nan-Shan tributary is the point of the flood prevention of Hua-Yin city. In a long time, because there isn't a good mathematical model, the flood prevention is in a passive position. In this paper, based on the behavior and genetic of flood disaster of Nan-Shan tributary as well as the data of 30 years of LuoFuBao hydrometric station and the other three-rainfall station at the upstream of the river, mathematical statistics and correlation analysis of rainfall and peak flood are carried. The mathematical model of flood forecasting is established.The countermeasure of the flood prevention of Hua-Yin city and integrated treatment of Nan-Shan tributary are given. The major achievement is as follows:1) Systematically analysis the genetic of flood disaster of Nan-Shan of tributary.2) By means of mathematical statistics and correlation analysis of rainfall and peak flood, two-correlation regression equation is derived. The correlation regression equation of rainfall and peak flood of the first 24 hours is as the basis of policy-making for flood warning service.3 ) Analyzed the deposit of the main tributary of Nan-Shan, when the 24 hours rainfall amount of upstream at Nan-Shan is in excess of 30 mm, the probable peak flow of the Luo-Fu river, Liu-Ye river, Chang-Jian river and Fang-Shan river are derived by correlation regression equation area analogy method.4) According to the flood disaster, integrated treatment scheme of six tributaries are given.By means of mathematical statistics and correlation analysis of rainfall and peak flood, the regression equation is derived. The mathematical model of flood forecasting is established. The mathematical model will be very useful for emergency flood fighting of Hua-Yin city and reservoir area management of San Men Xia reservoir, as well as for studying of rainfall and flood at north pediment of Qin-Ling.
