The new scanning model LED-lattice control technique is presented in this paper. By the analysis of sensitometric curves of film and measuring of luminance of LED, this paper calculates the least exposure time and gain assemble scanning time of Scanning Model LED-lattice Control system. The RS485 standard, AT89C51 microprocessor and superlight LED applies in LED-lattice Control system, realizes the function of LED-lattice Control system. The idea of circuit design, the selecting of CMOS chip and design of real circuit are presented in this paper. This paper describes the method of malfunction detect of LED-lattice Control system. The software of this system is programmed by MCS51 assembly language. The design idea and flow chart of main program and subprogram are presented in this paper. The scanning model LED-lattice control technique has been applied successfully in the equipment of photo-electronic measure, and gained the good value of engineering application.
