The scheme selection method for the air-conditioner heat and cool sources is an important decision-making stage during the designment of the air-conditioning system. How to select the optimized model scheme for the air-conditioner heat and cool sources based on the local conditions has become the focus of the engineers and users,which is also an important factor affecting the general society energy consumption and project investment.Based on the analysis of the various air-conditioner heat and cool source equipments,the initial schemes are presented by weighing the equipments' advantages&disadvantages,energy consumption and real conditions. After the unfeasible schemes being wiped out,the candidate schemes fitting for the building are selected. Through the comparasion of the selection methods for the schemes of the air-conditioner heat and cool sources,the AHP method is selected for its simple and practical merit. Combined with the selection principle and the evaluation index system about the scheme selection of the air-conditioner heat and cool sources,the optimized selection model is established. Being applied of the optimized selection model to a real case,the results and the real project is very closed. Considered the complexity of the computation of the indexs in the model,a simpler comparasion algorithem is advanced,which is the base for the software development of this optimized model.
