With the deepening of the reform and opening up policy, China has achieved the rapiddevelopment of national economy and comprehensive strength of China has been enhancedgreatly, in the meantime, more central air conditioning systems have been widely used in thecivil construction, while the increasingly serious problems of the energy consumption andenvironment are becoming the focus of the designers and owners. Cooling and heatingsources energy consumption accounts for60%~70%in the central air conditioning system,and the value varies widely with different cooling and heating sources scheme. Based on theabove, the air conditioning designers should select an optimal solution, which is the main taskin the beginning of design phase. Therefore the selection and evaluation of air-conditioningcooling and heating sources scheme have become an important part in the design process ofair conditioning system.This paper takes Ankang City yacht club as an example, and puts forward the evaluationmethod and thought of the choice of cooling and heating sources according to the specificconditions of design objects. Firstly, annual air-conditioning dynamic load is calculated andanalyzed by the use of DeST-c software, and then some obviously unreasonable schemes aredenied according to the design object location, surrounding environment and thecharacteristics of the air conditioning load, finally five kinds of typical combination ofcooling and heating source schemes have been put forward. Combined with the energystructure and current environmental situation of Ankang City, this paper calculates andcompares the annual energy consumption of each solution (winter and summer airconditioning, year-round living hot water), initial investment, annual operating cost, the netpresent value and pollution emissions, and other technical and economic index, and brieflydiscusses the effect of energy consumption and the refrigerant to the environment. Finally,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analysis and evaluate every scheme.Thus draw the conclusion: in this research project, water source heat pump scheme is theoptimal one; water source heat pump and ground source heat pump air conditioning units is considered using in such place with rich groundwater resources, lots of rivers and lakes,constant groundwater temperature or Suitable soil condition; In the area of water shortage, dryclimate and limited room, if it meets the outdoor weather conditions, we may consider usingair source heat pump; Conventional chiller with a combination of boiler fuel and direct-firedmachine can be used when the electricity is lack and fuel oil is sufficient; We do not advocatethe application of electric boiler because there are some limitations in terms of technology andeconomy.
