With the deepening of reform and opening up in recent years, the rapid development ofChina’s economy, central air conditioning systemconcentratedis universally usedin ournationallarge-scalepublic buildings, however, it hasplayed a large role in consumingarchitectural energy, and energy consumption of air conditioning systems accounted for60to70percent in the whole building. At presentdesigners should do some research for the centralair conditioning system oflarge-scale public buildingsonintegratingof heating sources, analysis of wind and water energy conservation systems. It is necessaryto have a clear idea andmethod for the central air conditioning systems of large-scale public building energyefficiency design, and designers can get the best choice in different situations for the design ofair-conditioning, so that central air-conditioning designers can be able to quickly and clearlyselect an optimal solution from a number of programs, and designers to achieve finallyaneffect of save in time and energy, and of course this is the main task of the designers inbeginning the design phase of the program, therefore, the selection and evaluation of airconditioning system design has become an important link of the its process. This paper set Xu Jing of Xian province commercial building and residential apartmentas an example, and conduct a study on the typicalcommercial building and residentialapartment discussed. For the specific conditions of design objects, These were analyzed, coldand heat source program’s choice of evaluation methods and ideas as well as the choice ofenergy-saving air system and water system solutions, and it is the first that using thesoftware of DeST-c to calculate and analysis building dynamically air-conditioning loadthroughout the year, Then study determine seven typical cold and heat sources of commercialbuildings and residential apartment according to location and surroundings as well as the airconditioning load characteristics of design objects, and do a comparative analysis ofenergy-saving program of the mall’s air systems and water systems, Finally in order todetermine a reasonable air system and water system solutions. This study combined asequence of factors, such as,Xian current energy structure, environmental conditions andcharacteristics of the project itself, comparison of a number of technical and economic indicators of the initial investment programs (summer and winter air conditioning malls, apartments winter heating), the annual operating expenses, air system and water systemenergy saving rate costs, emissions and other pollution, and expound simply that two-usepublic buildings should take measures of heating sources scheme and air system as well aswater system. Leading to the conclusion: In this research project, the appraise of malls electricrefrigeration and municipal heating network (hot water heat exchanger) is the best; we canPriority to use the of sewage source heat pump water rich in water from sewage plants closerto areas if they accord with certain conditions; When the soil in the underground areas meetcertain conditions, ground source heat pump may be preferred; In the relative lack ofelectricity, but natural gas are abundant, the conventional cooling-water machine anddirect-fired chill can be used. When a higher flexibility are required, direct-fired lithiumbromide gas cooling, gas hot water unit or units can be chosen.
