System Design Computationand Application Research On Mechanical Compressed Heat Pump

The heat pump reclaims the lower quality heat to fulfil the demand of production and live through consuming a small quantity of high quality energy. In the early of 1920s to 1930s, the heat pump for experiment appeared in England, the production and development of the heat pump began at the end of 1940s. The heat pump soon competed with the traditional heating system in effect because its technology develops rapidly. In the present, the study to technology of the heat pump has already been ranked stressing research plan in many developed country.The study to technology of the heat pump start rather later in our country, but due to the energy problem standing out increasingly, the demand to save energy becomes more urgent, thereby the developing of the heat pump's technology gains the recognition of many aspects, and obtains the elementary production. The temperature of the exhaust heat during the process of yielding the oil and the remaining heat in the electricity plant is low, and they are usually been regarded as wasting heat and thrown away, but the temperature of these heat is higher than the temperature of the environment. If we can design the corresponding heat pump device and reclaim this part of heat, the economic benefit is very considerable. The paper begins with the reclaiming and using of the remaining heat during the process of yielding the oil and in the electricity plant to study the application of heat pump's technology in the oil field and electricity plant.This paper introduces the development and classification of the heat pump, the elementary principle, evaluable target and the p-h chart of the mechanism compressive heat pump; It points out the necessity to design the computer program of refrigeration medium's thermal character, offers the elementary equation, calculating formula, calculating method and the program frame to calculate the refrigeration medium's thermal character. According to the fact of the oil field, the paper studies the feasibility of applying heat pump during the process of production in the oil field, offers the material designing and calculating methods and the example of the heat pump's technology applying in the southern tenth united station of Oil Recovery Plan No.2, Daqing Oil Field Corp. Ltd..In the present, there havn't always correlative literatures to reclaim the remaining heat of the rotative water in the electricity plant using the heat pump's technology at home, the study in this paper can develop the technical area of heat pump's application, it has biggish learned value and applied value.
