A new thermodynamics analysis of working process of Diesel engine which is different with traditional one-finite time thermodynamics analysis model, is put forward in this paper. This model gives the consideration to thermal resistance loss between working substance and heat reservoirs, heat leak loss inner the system, and character of finite time of system.Based on energy and availability analysis model, the working process of Diesel engine is analyzed ,and the computer program is made, and the changes of all kind of energies and availabilities in the working process are derived . The computed P-V picture is basically the same with the experimental one, and testify the right of models.Author does experiment to measure the distributed energies in the working process of Diesel engine further to testify the validity of the model, and compares the computed results based the models with experimental ones. It verifies the validity of the models which can further open out the inner rules of working process of Diesel engine deeply.
