For analyzing the character of diesel deeply and providing optimum therorial basis on the analysis of energy, this paper deeply discussed the theory of themal balance on the bisis of its experiment on TY1100 diesel, builded body of experiment rightly.choosed fluet meature carefully, and reduced the meatural fetal in the process of obtaining data. In the same time, this paper testified departor of energy of thermal balance experiment, analyzed P-V curve, dealed with and computed experimental data.By thinking of the fluence of stuctural coeffections and running factors on diesel parameters, and of load on departs of themal balance, research ofthermal balance is used better. This paper analyzed the working process of diesel engine with exergic computation of number ,drew the curve of exergic loss with engle velocity under different powers, and express its cause after getting result of all kinds of exergic loss, meanwhile , A new thermodynamics analysis of working process of Diesel engine which is different with traditional one-finite time thermodynamics analysis model, is put forward in this paper. In the process of finite time exergic computeration, exergic modles with thinking of heat leak, machenicle fraction loss and gas output loss were builded respectively,in which result compareation between finite time exergy and numberic computation is nearly equal and their equency is the same that prove the advantage of finite time exergic method. In the end,in the modle of exergic economy, exergic economy thermodynamics analysis model is builded as a goal function by changing exergic coeffection with heat parameter The result by use of obtainal data and output compute result from computer is obtained from which we can value the diesel characters quantatively and qualitatively.
