The building of express way will promote greatly national economy's development. Nearly one hundred million cubic meters stones are dug in the construction of express way every year. Blasting have been becoming the main means to dig stone because of its high quality and short time limit. Three harmful factors including blast vibration, blasting flying-rocks and blasting shock wave often cause civil house's damage accident. It affects seriously and restricts the construction of express way. Therefore, it is a problem that we must research seriously and solve urgently to enhance the control of blasting harmful factors' effect to civil house in the construction of express way, set up the civil house's safety evaluation model in roadcut digging blasting and proceed to the next step to guide design and construction. The main research job of the dissertation includes three aspects. Firstly, the three main harmful factors' characters and rules, theirs effect on civil house, demolishment criterion and control measure will be researched systemically. Secondly, fuzzy mathematics, system arrangement analytical method and expert consultation method are put forward and discussed specially to set up civil house security fuzzy multi-arrangement elevation model, to evaluate blasting harmful factors' effect to neighborhood civil house's safety in the construction of express way, to predict the security of civil house and to bring forward control measures. Lately, the forecast of the civil houses' safety by using BP neural net model and optimize of the blasting parameters will also be discussed in the dissertation.
