Measurement of blast wave overpressure is an important method to evaluate the damage effectiveness and performance of the weapons in development process.The damage effect of blast wave is different between ammunition with high speed and ammunition in static state.With the rapid development of weapons,static explosion test has been unable to meet the need,it is necessary to conduct dynamic explosion test.Currently,blast wave measurement system is mainly designed for static explosion test,in view of the differences between dynamic and static explosion test,the key technologies of dynamic explosion test was studied based on the existing stored measurement system to measure dynamic blast wave better.The key technologies are as follows: adaptive pressure test range,trigger and synchronization techniques,shock resistance power design.Features of dynamic explosion test lead to the result that the true peak overpressure value at the measure point is quite different from the estimated.In order to get no clipping data with high SNR,a program of storing with multiple gains and reading with single gain was applied.Experiment results show that measurement device can obtain high SNR and no clipping data within wide input range.Trigger and synchronization are important to obtain valid blast wave data and analyze the blast wave with the change of time and space.Common trigger and synchronization techniques are not suitable for dynamic explosion test,explosive light was used as the synchronization and trigger signal source,how to extract explosive light from complex field light environment was analyzed and explosion light synchronization device was designed.Synchronization devices were tested in different conditions,results show that the reliability of replying explosive light and synchronization accuracy are related to intensity of explosionlight and the distance from the explosion source.In the case of reliable response to explosive light,the synchronization accuracy is at the level of ?s,meeting the need for analyzing all blast waves at the same reference time point.To solve the problem that explosion may cause the power supply unreliable,shock resistance power supply based on super capacitor and polymer lithium battery was designed.Power management circuit controlled the polymer lithium battery to supply the outside circuit first,when battery couldn't supply normally,super capacitor played the role of supplying outside circuit for a period of time,increasing the reliability of accomplishing measurement task.At last,the key technologies were applied into actual dynamic explosion test,the reliability and synchronization precision of light synchronization devices were verified in the field before the explosion test.Dynamic explosion test results show that the designed dynamic explosion blast measurement system can obtain blast wave overpressure data dependably and accurately.
