The medical microinjection instruments are the conventional apparatus used in the organization of medical treatment and health protection. They are mainly used in the infusion of artery and vein, the blood transfusion, the anti-shock treatment and the injection of narcotic. They also can realize long-time microinjection evenly and relieve the burden of the medical staff.Now, the YBWZ-12 microinjection pump, which was produced by Shanghai Ammeter Factory, is the primary product in our country. The controlling part of this production uses step-motor, hut there are some faults in it, such as micro-tremble, large noise, and large power consumption. In this dissertation, I demonstrate a new designation scheme of its electric-controlling system based on the domestic products of this kind. I used DC servomotor and the PWM motor-timing scheme to control the rotational speed of the motor in order to improve the performance of the microinjection instrument and control the injection amount precisely.In this dissertation, I introduced the condition of the domestic microinjection instruments, and analy/ed their merits and defects. 1 designed the general scheme of the microinjection instrument, mainly discussed the speed regulation and speed stabilization of DC motor, and debugged the system.
