Originated in China the shifting drive bearing, a new special type of bearing with supporting function as well as speed change, has many advantages in terms of property. At present the shifting drive bearing is being batch-produced in many factories in the country, special by the Changsha Chenguang special speed-reducer limited company.In order to solve some design and production problems, the paper systematically studies the mechanics theory and driving property of the drive mechanic in the shifting driving bearing, gives a specialized studyon the forming and machining of the most important component-----theinternal-tooth annulus, derives the gear profile equation and curve simulation, conducts a theoretical basis for auto-design and producing of products. This paper is mainly to:1. Analysis on the drive principle of the shifting drive bearing Give a systematical analysis on the drive principle, the theoreticalrelations of the teeth number of internal-tooth annulus, sliding-tooth and drive radio, are provided, as well as the optimum seeking scheme of high efficiency and low wearing and tearing.2. The forces analysis, efficiency calculating and strength testing for primary componentsDerive formulas of strength testing and efficiency calculating for primary components, a technology-basis is given for auto-design and optimum design of products.3.Determining and the analysis on influence to drive property of the eccentric distanceAccording to the features of shock-wave appliance, an analysis on the influence to the drive mechanics and property of eccentric distance, provided a theoretical method to determine eccentric distance.4.The accurately deriving of the theoretical gear profile equation of the internal-tooth annulusBy thorough analysis for the internal-tooth annulus, an accurate the theoretical gear profile equation is provided, and simulated by computer. A theory basis is given for numerically controlled machining of the internal-tooth annulus.5.Studying on the machining theory and method of gear profile of annulusFrom thorough studying on the gear profile features and working state ,put forward an assembler machining method which to take basic shape on the numerically-controlled sticker, and to modify the gear profile on the numerically-controlled grinder.6.Deriving the formula for calculating the sliding radio between the outside rollers and the internal-tooth annulus.From thorough Analysis on the relative moving state between the outside roller and the internal-tooth annulus, the formula for calculating sliding radio is provided, and a qualitative analysis is given.7.The scheme design for CAD system of the shifting drive bearingComprehensively adopt the CAD technology, computer emulation and data base theory to design a practical CAD System for the shifting drive bearing. The CAD system not only optimize the shifting drive bearing design, but also directly drive the numerically-controlled gear shaper to machine the gear profile of annulus.8.Putting forward the ideas for the internal structure improvementBy the study on the development of internal structure of the shifting drive bearing, analyse the defect of sorts of structures, put forward the ideas to develop the internal structure.
