| There are many methods to control boiler combustion,but they are different from each other,and would be applied in different control purpose. According to the requirement of industry control system,on the basis of comparativeness and analysis of their difference,a control algorism combining DO multi-mode control with intelligent multi-mode PID is put forward and will be verified by MATLAB simulation.The accurate models of steam pressure controlled system were established in accord with the theory of marine boiler. The response was compared with that obtained through simulation realized by the use of MATLAB and actual process on different steam flow,fuel flow and control method. The result proves that simulation models are in accordance with the actual process.The article will emphasize on the characteristic of the DO multi-mode control and the intelligent multi-mode PID. It will demonstrate how to achieve the combustion control system of cargo ship boiler and oil tanker boiler.The control system has been carried into execution by the use of programmable logic controller (PLC). Having developed the method of data acquisition by using PLC Digital Input (DI) module to substitute for analog input module to reduce the cost of the control system. Having accomplished the display on spot and main computer with Digital Output (DO) module. |
