In recent years, gas hot water boiler with its unique economic, efficient,environmental protection characteristics, gradually paid more and more attention. Thecondensing gas boiler is mainly refers to through the condensing boiler flue gas ofwater vapor, make its release latent heat of vaporization, reduce exhaust smoketemperature, reduce exhaust smoke heat loss, improving the thermal efficiency of theboiler a heat exchange equipment.In the condensing gas hot water boiler control system for boiler combustioncontrol is a very important link, how to improve the maximum gas boiler safety,economy and reliability, has the important research value. This paper expounds thecombustion system composition and detailed configuration, as well as the realizationof the function and methods, design a kind of fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm ofboiler control system, realize the condensing gas hot water boiler system of automaticcombustion control.In view of the present existing gas hot water boiler combustion control systemcomposition and control mode are analyzed, the original conventional PID control tocarry on the transformation, the purpose is to adapt to the control object real-timechange, with the characteristics of fuzzy controller for the parameters of the PIDcontroller automatically online adjustment advantage, make PID controller to controlthe object model can from dependence to realize control.Detailed introduces the fuzzy adaptive PID controller design process, and use theMATLAB simulation software of control system for the simulation process. Finally,through the Siemens S7-300PLC system and its configuration software STEP7tocontrol system to control. After reconstruction, the condensing gas boiler in thecombustion process, the gas and air mixture ratio highly accurate, gas burning fullgreatly improving the boiler combustion efficiency, reached the purpose of thereform.
