This dissertation discusses the need for distribution system reliability research. On the basis of theoretical research and math analysis model,this dissertation combines with practical instance of DaQing Oil Field power system and puts forward a reliability management system layout. It reflects the true operating status of the electric equipment,and gives evidence for power reliability calculation. In the brief introduction to Geographical Information System(GIS),this dissertation proves that by combining reliable management with GIS technology,presents a method which built the power structure model and math calculation model by using spatial data in a good interface between computer and user. This dissertation makes a number of target for calculating the distribution system,mainly aimed at circumstances which have an effect on power station repair,switch breaker,type of T connection,and double lines supply via the usage of system reliability calculation. At the same time,it provides the projected estimation when power station or transmission line will be added into the power system,and furnishes the theoretical information that the professional needs for power structure programming,design and equipment management.The main results of the system as follows:(1) A reliability management system layout for DaQing Oil Field power network is put forward.(2) Scheme of reliability management system for DaQing Oil Field electric device is planned and designed. Analyzing its demand and function,reliability database of electric device are build up,and the application program is made. Based on evaluation of reliability of electric device,the network reliability can be calculated.(3) On the Geomedia MIS workplace,the network reliability system is developed secondly. The reliability computation model and structure of net database which mingled in space data are build. The reliability program that considering examine and repair,tie-switch,T-node and double line is made.(4) Reliability indexes of system and load point are analyzed,such as LOLP(loss of load probability),FLOL(frequency of loss of load),DLOL(Duration of loss of load),LOLE(loss of load expectation),EDNS(expected demand not supplied) and EENS(expected energy not supplied).(5) The sensitivity indexes of 110kV and 35kV line are calculated and analyzed.(6) The Oil Field network reliability is evaluated. Reliability assessment of power system planning in 2000 and reconstruct scheme is also made,amelioration opinion is put forward.The math model built into the distribution reliability management system of DaQing Oil Field Power System is clear,and the relation among each factor is explicit. This dissertation resolves the questions,which the calculation speediness and the node capability,and breaks through the number limitation of load-points and lines,by making use of special model method and new-found calculation thought. So it is an object-oriented computer management system,and is also a signification attempt in research of distribution system reliability assessment.
