Wth the arriving of the information age, the insistent demand of sharinginformation sources and improving the efficiency of produCt and manage is coming too. Ithas been a hot topic that how to construct a manage system satisfying the demand of thepower product and manage. Based on the MiS prOject of NanAn power suppIy bureau=this disseftation discusses the detail of constructing and the production of research.By analyzing and comparing the advantages and defects of the different developingmethods, this dissertation provides the whole design of the syStem based on the orientobject technology. The main works and conclusions is fOllowing f, )The developing method of MiS project is an important factor to the success in thel)The developing method of MiS project is an important factor to the success in thesystem, which can not be neglected. There are five developing methods mentionedin recent research of MlS f Life Cycle Method, PfOtotype Method, ApplicationSoftware Package Method, End-user Method and Orient-ObjeCt Method. Byanalyzing and comparing these methods, this dissertation can conclude that eachmethod has its own characters and applying fields. During the developing, wemust use these mathods synthetically according to the conditions and demands ofenterprise instead of just adopting one of them.2)The system platform of MIS consists of the hardware pwt and the software part.The dissertation chooses the proper software platform including operating system,database, develop tools etc, and it discusses the characters and developing skills ofSybase database and PowerBuilder.3)It implements the system demand research and data analysis of the MIS of NanAnpower supply bureau.4)It implements the whole system design of the MIS of NanAn power supply bureau.5)It implements the detail design of subsystem in the MIS of NanAn power supplybureau.
