Area Electronic Buoys System is a large-scale underwater sound equipment of tracking and locating moving objects such as submarines,torpedoes and ships. With advanced vector sensors as detective devices,it has excellent antinoise performance,and its Signal Noise Ratio is high. Thus,this system is superior in the field of objects detecting and locating.In the mass,this thesis mainly pays attention to the design of software and hardware circuits,it elaborates the working process and the implementation of sea data collection and communication subsystems according to technique specifications.The paper also discusses the implementation of the interface between modules. Two DSPs are used to complete the data collection and communication,and shared memories are used to exchange data and information. Every module works under the control of the DSPs,and programmable devices are used as interface,the interface circuits are outlined.In development process,two issues are further considered:power waste and antiinterference. Power waste is very significant because the system on the sea depends entirely on battery to provide electricity;and reducing environment interference can make system work steady in long period. The paper tries to solve these problems with both hardware and software means.Besides,the problem of synchronization communication is discussed concisely,and its implementation is presented.
