It is proposed that all the member units of ITTC RC should cany out repeated towing tank tests in order to build the precision limit of resistance coefficients and velocities ( Froude numbers) and also make some estimation of test deviation, related deviation and the whole uncertainty.In this thesis, the test condition of the repeated resistance experiments of standard ship models which are made in Harbin Engineering University towing tank is described. And by means of uncertainty estimation method, the test results are also analyzed synthesizedly and the deviation limit of the precision limit and the whole uncertainty of the ship model with given Froude number are also calculated.At the same time, the uncertainty analysis of the form factor (1+k), Froude number Fr and the break water resistance of this ship model is also analyzed and the analysis results are given.At last the comparison between the ship model test results and the test results between "3m fiberglass standard ship model test certificate report" is made. The error analysis of the test results is made and the error results which greatly affect the test results are also found. And also the measures which can improve the experiment facilities and increase the test precision are also discussed.
