A new engineering material- steel fiber polymer concrete is studied in this text. We take depth research of steel fiber polymer concrete reinforced principle from the compound mechanics theories and interval theories,summing up the material function influence regulation of the different length-diameter ratio steel fiber,revising to establish the mechanics model of confusion direction distributing steel fiber polymer concrete. We get the materials ratio fitting for the foundation piece of machine bed Through the theories analysis. On the other hand,we have imitated the pillar and taken the finite element method to simulating it. As a result,dynamic function of steel fiber polymer concrete pillar is obviously better than cast iron,and static function better than polymer concrete.
