| Flexible structure is sensitive to the external disturbance and work environment,so it's very easy to generate physical flaw. The physical flaw in the flexible structurewill influence the stability of flexible structure. The flexible projecting beam is thetypical flexible structure, and the crack is the common physical flaw. The dynamicanalysis of the flexible projecting beam with crack is the represent of the study ofthe flexible structure with flaw. We build some flexible projecting beam finite element modal with differentcrack. Through studying vibration characteristics of different flexible projectingbeam modal, what has different length crack on different position, we can researchtie influence of the position of crack and the length of crack. Then we make anexperiment on the vibration of the flexible projecting beam. We can study thevibration characteristics of the flexible projecting beam and check the simulationdata of the flexible projecting beam. The simulation data of the flexible projecting beam with different crack flaw isdifferent. So we can build BP neutral-work to identify the position and the length ofthe crack in the flexible projecting beam by the simulation data. the input vector ofBP neutral-work is the simulation data becomes, the training object is the positionand the length of the mapping crack.
