| Reasonable and flexible work arrangements,embodies people-oriented management concept of the enterprise,can increase the attraction of enterprises to talents.In the past two years,flexible work arrangements has been widely practiced as a special means for enterprises to deal with COVID-19.Measures such as flexible working hours,work from home,part-time work and shift work have ensured the effective operation of enterprises during the epidemic.Even in the post-epidemic period,when the risk is relatively reduced,the management practice of flexible working system will continue to play a role in enterprises.How to implement the flexible work effectively and make it reflect humanized management and efficient operation is the key points for enterprises,which should be deep in thought.This paper takes Z electric forklift company as the research object,research the issues existing in the implementation of flexible work arrangements,puts forward targeted optimization countermeasures,so as to improve the talent competitive advantage and business efficiency of Z company,and provide reference for other enterprises to implement flexible working system.This paper first analyzes the Work-Family Boundary Theory,Conservation of Resources Theory and Signaling Theory which related to this research,and further sorts out the related research of flexible work arrangements by domestic and foreign scholars.On this basis,take Z electric forklift company as an example,through the questionnaire survey and interview method,according to the demographic variables from five dimensions including individual perception,employee work attitude,employee physical and mental condition,elastic matching degree and organization collaboration ability,find out the existing problems of implementing flexible work in Z company,and put forward feasible solutions.The investigation found that the main problems in Z Company implementing flexible work arrangements are as follows:(1)Lack of extensive research before system formulation,inadequate demand of employees;(2)Insufficient communication before system implementation,employees have insufficient awareness of the content of the system;(3)Inadequate management supervision lead to staff slack;(4)Reduced organization and communication ability,affected customer service quality;(5)Alienation between staffs and company,resulting in obvious brain drain.In view of the problems existing in the flexible work arrangements of Z Company,this paper puts forward the following optimization suggestions based on relevant theories and research results in this field:(1)Multidimensional research and data collection,participate in the system optimization;(2)Gradually implement the implementation of the system according to the regulations;(3)Evaluate the results of system based on the the employee performance,and adjust the system dynamically;(4)Build multi-dimensional communication channels to ensure the organization and cooperation ability.It is hoped that through the above optimization strategy,we can ensure the steady implementation of the flexible work arrangements of Z Company,and build a stable and effective organizational communication channel,so as to increase the happiness of employees,improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.In addition,the existing relevant theories are applied to the operation practice of enterprises,to provide a theoretical basis for the policy formulation of enterprises,and to enrich the content of the theory in the practical application. |
