| The 30KW DC power dynamometer is one of important test equipments that imported by JiaLing Group at early 90's. Because of operating over 10 years, many elements in the power dynamometer were ageing and out of date. The thesis proposed the subject "The reconstructing for the test system of the 30KW DC power dynamometer". The major works in the thesis were described as follows:Summarized the condition of the 30KW DC power dynamometer, the state of the art in the performance standard, test technologies and computing method of motor cycle engine reconstructing of the equipment.In hardware section, used IPC technology that is advanced and ripe in industry control domain. To reduce the complexity of hardware part and data gathering and dealing part, and evaluated the dependability of the hardware system transformation. In software section, used VisualBasic for development tool, planned the software system according to the requirement of system and the software system modularized. All of these plan above made operation and development of system easily. Studied the merit ability of each module, and some nimble modify features were added on the foundation of original merit's ability, realized the database's unified management, warranted the compatibility of data. Solved the practical problem that runs into in system debug stage, for example, the interference problem in data acquisition, the error eliminating in data acquisition. Compared the new and former system, proved the practicability of each module and dependability of the new system. |
