ABSTRACT:As the energy crisis and the importance of environmental issues in the global automotive industry is increasingly being mentioned at all levels, the automotive industry has begun to promote the development of clean fuel vehicles and pure electric vehicle. Under the growing trend of electric vehicles, power battery applications have also increased. Therefore, the packing inspection and periodic performance testing is a key link to assemble a high-performance battery pack, which performs more reasonable and economic usage of the battery. Research and development of energy storage technologies are also in full swing. Battery management system is also developing and carrying out the above changes in technology and innovation.This design is relying on power battery testing platform and making the technology of data acquisition systems updated and improved. The design improves and innovates the new battery test platform’s existing design innovation to meet the new requirements and safety of cell’s voltage, temperature, the total voltage, current, AH and WH. By improving the design of monomer temperature acquisition circuit and upgrading components, the design improves the stability and linearity of the monomer temperature. By relying on the host computer and software design of CAN bus, it can meet the requirements of synchronization between acquisition units. By using high-speed DSP and simplifying the system’s isolated areas, it can improve the linearity and stability of the system’s total voltage and current and improve collection rate, which can effectively complete the all corresponding index.By comparing various acquisition techniques and analyzing existing programs, this design comes up with new design project, including the introduction and in-depth analysis of hardware and software design and related technologies. At last it ensure the completion of every technical indicators by experimental verification.
