The paper expounds the key part of the hydroelectric power station simulation system- how to design the simulation system of water turbine actiyator, including the use of system , design principle , design scheme, design method, the optimization and analysis of system. The emphases of the paper are modeling process of accommodate systenu parameter optimization and capability of actiyator simulation system.The design of the running simulation system of water turbine actiyator is based on Microsoft software and hardware. The main work is the design of software system, and the key part is to establish the mathematics model of simulation system. The paper makes a discussion of the process of establishing the mathematics model of system. About the complexity of the imitate object and the nonlinear time-changed characteristic of the adjusted object(such as moment characteristic, water-beaten characteristic ), the paper brings forward new modeling method which combines subsection matching with resolution operating and new homeostasis iterative method which resolve the nonlinear mathematics model. It establishes dynamic simulation model which can be competent for all kinds of conditions, and resolves the main question in the past imitation model.In addition, surveillant & control function of simulation system and the method to realize the multimedia function are showed in the paper.
