Along with the modern oil extraction platform is modernized, and the request of the degree of electrification and automation has risen, there is more and more dependence of the platform power station and the electric system. Not only there is no interrupted current supply to platform driving force equipment to be guaranteed in the grimmest environment, but also to maintain higher current supply quality under complex and levity the working condition. Turbine gas turbine simulation is one kind of safe high-effect training instrument becoming an essential equipment of oil extraction platform electricity operators, also making the equipment failure examine and repair convenience.This article takes Solar company product TITAN130 gas turbine as prototype, analyses gas turbine equipment composition, running principle, handling technological process and the malfunction and alarm aspects and so on, builds up the gas turbine system dynamics model and control model, realizes the simulation and testes by an experiment. The main contents are:1. a simple temperature and enthalpy chart set up by energy conservation law, after the structure and operating principle has been analyzed as basic three components of the gas turbine --air-compressor, combustion chamber and turbine. The typical work flow and operate method of gas turbine has been analyzed, and work status of each equipment such as start-up electronic motor, guide blade, deflation valve, oil pump has been studied, which provides a norm to the gas turbine simulation flow.2. A kind of minor deviation linearization model suits for simulation has been set up. The dynamics model reflects the dynamics characteristic of each component include: air-compressor, combustion chamber and turbine during their balance motion and unbalance motion, it also reflected the whole machine integrated characteristic.3. Control models of excitation output, control mode, fuel request, and Ngp, Npt, T5 control loops has been set up, combining with proportion and integral arithmetic.4. According to the calculation models based on the gas turbine equipment characteristics and control flow, the gas turbine running on the load changing condition has been simulated. The data communication problems between VB and RSLinx sever has solved by OPC technology.
