Styropor concrete is a new light aggregate concrete, and playing more and more important role in the field of Civil Engineering because of its outstanding mechanics and notable economical benefit .In this paper, some studying work is done as follows:1. The construction of styropor concrete is decided by the charging operations and craftworks. In the paper, the property and the mechanism of the materials about the styropor concrete are analyzed. According to the specialties of the materials and the demands of the construction about the styropor concrete, the craftworks of the styropor concrete are also decided.2. It is well known that the property of the concrete is decided by its construction. To raise the properties of the styropor concrete such as mechanics, persistence, and thermal insulation, the optimizing of the styropor concrete' construction is the key fact. To ensure the structure of the styropor concrete, the isotropy and density of the concrete is demanded. Above all, we must pay attention to solve these difficult problems such as the interfacial bond strength between styropor concrete and mortar, and hole structure of the styropor concrete from microstructure.3. The best two charging operations are decided according to results of the experiments. All kinds of experiments which include mechanics, persistence and thermal insulation are arranged based on the best two charging operations.
