Coal gangue along with the coal mining has become China's largest emissions of solid waste and a large number of coal gangue piled up to coal gangue hill.The accumulation of coal gangue not only occupied a large area of farmland,but also caused great harm to the environment.In recent years,many countries have used coal gangue in the construction industry,which not only effectively solved the environmental problems that were caused by coal gangue accumulation,but also be in line with the national policy of waste,energy conservation and emission reduction.At the same time,along with the rapid development of urbanization in our country,people's requirements for the indoor comfort of buildings are also increasing,followed by the increasing of high energy consumption of buildings.How to realize the saving of building energy is currently a social problem.In order to realize the sustainable development of building energy saving and building materials industry,this paper presents a new type of Coal gangue thermal insulation concrete based on the previous research results.Replace ordinary stones with coal gangue and add glass beads according to a certain proportion,the concrete not only own excellent thermal insulation properties of glazed hollow beads,but also can save materials and reduce the cost,which has important research significance.This paper focuses on the thermal insulation properties of coal gangue concrete and compressive strength through the experiments.Then influence factors and change rule of thermal conductivity and compressive strength of concrete have been analyzed.At the same time,by the simulation and theoretical calculations,energy consumption and heat transfer mechanism of building envelope construction have also studied,which provide a theoretical basis for the practical application of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete.The main works are as follows:(1)Coal gangue thermal insulation concrete was fabricated,and its compressive strength and thermal conductivity were tested.By using the ratio of coal gangue replacement and water cement ratio as two variables,the thermal conductive plates and cubic blocks composed of the coal gangue thermal insulation concrete were prepared.The effects of coal gangue replacement ratio,curing age and water cement ratio on the compressive strength of concrete were studied,and the effects of the ratio of coal gangue replacement,apparent density,water cement ratio and water content on the thermal conductivity of concrete were also demonstrated.Experimental tests illustrate that the compressive strength of the cube decreases with the increase of the amount of coal gangue,and the failure mode presents a cone with four angles which are connected to each other;the strength increases with age;the thermal conductivity of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete decreases linearly both with the increase of coal gangue and water cement ratio,and can be reduced to 0.498 W/(m·K);however,the thermal conductivity increases linearly with the enhancements of the apparent density and moisture content of the concrete.It is found that the change relationships between are basically linear.(2)Build a 21-layered shear wall residential unit model with Dest-h software.Envelope structures were simulated separately for three models of coal gangue reinforced concrete insulation,thermal insulation glazed hollow bead reinforced concrete and reinforced concrete,by comparing with relations of single room,air conditioning system and the whole building with the energy consumption of heating season,the air conditioning season and the whole year respectively.It is verified that the construction of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete can meet the specifications of level 14 and above building's heat consumption index of Taiyuan city reached 12.5 W/?.(3)ANSYS is used to simulate the heat transfer process of coal gangue selfinsulation wall and insulation wall with inside and outside wall.It is concluded that the heat flux density of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete wall is the smallest and the temperature difference between two sides of the wall is the tiniest,which means the heat conduction performance is superior.The paper also expounds the technical advantages of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete,such as high reliability,construction safety and convenience,and economy at last.
