With the growing global energy crisis and the implement of the relevant policies of building energy-saving, development of a construction structural system with structural safety, insulation and energy-saving, advanced technology became an significant subject in Civil Engineering field. Under this context, the study of the structural system used a kind of new enery-saving building material, thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete is meaningful .It is proved that thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete shear wall structure system is a good self-insulation structural system. Reinforced concrete frame structure as a main structure form in today's building structure, with low cost, flexible layout, easy to standardized construction,etc, will continue to have wide application space in the future. So the research on the frame strctuere insulation system composed of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete frame structure and thermal insulation glazed hollow bead block external envelope structure has important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, pilot study was carried our from basic phycical and mechancal prorerties of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete, and theoretical simulation and calculation analysis of mechanical behavior and thermal performance of glazed hollow bead concrete was also done through combining specific projects. The main contents are listed as below:(1) Based on the test of adding ore sand, tailing and fly ash haydite in thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete, the change law of physical and mechanical properties of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete with the various factors has been anslyzed, the glazed hollow and haydite concrete with the thermal conductivity less than 0.2W/(m·K) and the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete used to produce block has been prepared.(2)According on the physical mechanical properties of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete such as conmpressive strength, elastic modulus and bulk density, the relationship between the axial compressive strength and cube compressive strength and the formula of elastic modulus were fitted, which give a original date and reference for structural design and analysis used thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete.(3)By use of the finite element analysis program ANSYS, this paper set a thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete frame structure insulation system according to an an office building in Taiyuan. Through static anslysis, comparing the deformation, stress, subgrade reaction and internal force in member with frame structure system used ordinary concrete, it is showed that the system is not only easier to meet the structure safety, but also can reduce the foundation bearing capacity and reinforcement ratio of structural members.(4)Through the modal and spectral analysis of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete frame structure system,comparing the natural period, base shear, angles of drift of layers ,as well as stress, deformation with frame structure system used ordinary concrete, it is showed that the system could not only meet requirements of Earthquake Resistant Design Code, but also obtain a better seismic performance than ordinary frame structure.(5)Through the energy simulation of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete frame structure system, the results have indicated that the system should be capable of meeting requirements of 65% of energy saving building in cold area in our country. Through the calculation and analysis of thermal bridge, the results show that the system will no condensation and can improve the wall's thermal environment. Through technical analysis, it is showed that the system has the advantages of strong integrity, good insulation, construction convenient, strong comprehensiveness.The thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete frame structure insulation system studied in this paper has reasonable and safe load, good seismic behavior and insulation, advanced technology, so it is a insulation system with the value of application.
