As a clean and renewable energy which has a large abundance reserve, the wind energy has the superiority which gains the abroad attention .Both the fremdness and the native's researchers are exploring and researching the wind power and draw some conclusion .Now the capacity of wind turbine are larger and larger, at the same time, the wind farm's location is extending from land to ocean. So the means which analyze the traditional electric power system needs to be modified.Lots of wind turbines are asynchronous machines, moreover, wind energy both has it's own randomicity and is affected by the seasons. How does the wind power impact the connected electric net and how much does it do? Whether such influence can lead the instability of electric system. All these factors must be considered. In this treatise, 1 do the research for such problem. Firstly, I build the dynamic numeric model of the wind turbine, then make the simulink block with Matlab software which combined with the corresponding algorithm to dynamically simulate the power system including wind power, and make the program with FORTRAN and Visual FoxPro to analyze such system. Finally 1 validate the program and simulink block by Xingjian BuErJing electric grid to provide the analytic tool and theory bases.
