| "Sustainable development" is the direction of today' s habitable envi environment. Along with the deepening research on the theory system of sustainable architecture in architecture fields, with reference to the former research results , this article analysis to inhabitancy construction which is the most popular urban construction style from the ecological view, and aims to seek one sustainable development path suitable for China. Enlightened by the traditional Chinese dwellings construction thoughts which combined frugal ecology principles with all kinds of clime technology, this article tries to find one simple, convenient and practical technical measure with Chinese characteristic based on analysis of the existing problems and restrict matters in current inhabitant construction, and brings forward one proposal, which is to integrate Chinese traditional clime thoughts and advanced science and technology together, and to gotraditional technology modernization way to resolve the current problems. The key point of the proposal is that we should use design methods and related measures to obtain the aim to improve the quality of inhabitant environment instead of depending on energy-consuming equipments. With reference to the domestic and abroad architects' experiences, one general design principle suitable for inhabitant community construction has been put forward in this article, together with further material analysis on relevant design methods which could be adopted. One analysis to the project of Shenzhen' s LangQinYu Garden , which is the author' s works, has been made at the end of the article, and the result verified the practicability of author' s general theory principle. |
