This paper presents a bidding model of power market and resolves it by a new interior point nonlinear programming algorithm for optimal power flow problems (OPF) based on the perturbed KKT conditions of the primal problem. At the same time, it discusses the implementation of a bidding system based on Web. The content of the research includes the relationship between the optimal power flow problems and the bidding model in power market problems, a bidding model in power market based on the object which minimizes the uniform marginal cost of the electric network, the results of the commonly optimal power flow problems and the model mentioned and the elementary bidding system based on Web.The process in which we get the results of the commonly optimal power flow problems and the model mentioned shows that the new interior point algorithm has speediness and robustness in above-mentioned problems by extensive numerical simulations on test systems that range in size from 14 to 300 buses.By programming the elementary bidding system, we find Browser/Server mode based on Web can not only separate the codingenvironment from the application environment, but also solve the problem in system maintaining, updating and running on different operation systems as well. It is a promising scheme for the power market and power system software.
