The primary tasks of China's power system reform are establishing multiple open re-gional power markets and promoting generation side to implement market competition mech-anism.Power generation enterprises,as the subject of market operation,sets power generation and market supply all in one.In regional power market competition,the core problems of en-terprises sustainable development are how power generation enterprises can acquire optimal bid volume and optimal feed-in tariff to maximize corporate profits through bidding strategy.The formulation of bidding strategies should take into account multiple constraints as well as the impact of environmental conditions.The bidding strategy of power generation enterprise itself is a combination of multiple strategies.Based on the integrity,interconnection,dynam-ics and optimization principles of system theory,this thesis resolves the bidding strategy of power generation enterprises into a Multilayer Strategic Combination.It consists of feed-in tariff strategy for enterprises based on generation cost,game strategies between enterprises and governments based on capacity investment subsidies,game strategy of enterprise compe-tition and cooperation based on possibility measure and enterprise bidding game strategy based on different development stages of regional market.This paper combines game theory,optimization method,probability measure and other relevant mathematical methods to build the bidding strategy model and optimize the solution;meanwhile,this thesis systematically studies the bidding strategy of power generation enterprises in the whole process of bidding.Starting from the connotation analysis of regional electricity market in China,this thesis analyzes the rationality of regional power market construction,regional market and distribu-tion of power grid companies.This thesis researches and analyses the operation and transac-tion mode of regional power market,the development status of major regional markets,the competition pattern of power generation enterprises,and the status quo of bidding on the power generation side.After these,summarizing and refining the characteristics of market structure,trading mechanism,market effectiveness on generation side and market environ-ment,which are beneficial to the sustainable operation and development of regional power market in China.Then,this thesis studies the factors that restrict the power generation enter-prises to participate in the market competition,such as their own conditions,competitors,market environment and power grid conditions.Besides,this thesis elucidates formation mechanism and pricing mode of grid-connected electricity price and analyses the bidding be-havior mode of power generation enterprises when they participate in market competition.Starting from the enterprise cost factor,aiming at the formulation of power generation enterprises;feed-in tariff,this thesis constructs the operating period pricing strategy model and the accounting cost pricing strategy model respectively.Combined with the sensitivity analysis method,this thesis studies the impact of two pricing strategies on grid price and en-terprise profit to prove the applicability of the two pricing strategies.Based on the influence of the government's capacity investment subsidy on the production cost of power generation enterprises,and according to the matching relationship between the government and the pow-er generation enterprises in the investment to improve the production capacity,this paper con-structs the game strategy model of investment matching ratio between the two sides.Through solving the optimization problem,obtaining the optimal strategy of the government and the enterprises in the investment to improve the production capacity.According to the fact that supply exceeds demand in China's power generation market;this thesis introduces sigmoid function based on Bayesian game model to construct the logical probability measure model of successful bidding of power generation enterprises.Because the model is continuous differentiability,this thesis quantitatively analyzes the cooperative bid-ding Internet strategy and independent bidding Internet strategy of power generation enter-prises in the region,and establishes the cooperative electric power bidding strategy model of multi-power generation enterprises in the regional generation side market and the independent electric power bidding strategy model of power generation enterprises.Through the optimiza-tion analysis of the two models,obtaining the optimal strategy solution method when power generation enterprises choose different bidding strategies.Through case study and MATLAB simulation,this thesis describes the relationship between the optimal bidding of power gener-ation enterprises based on their generation scale(maximum power)and various bidding strat-egies,and proves the advantages of cooperative bidding strategy for power generation enter-prises.Finally,this thesis summarizes the operation law of generation side market in three stages:complete monopoly,oligopoly monopoly and complete competition in regional power market,and combines the characteristics and possible quotation situation of power generation enterprises participating in competition.After these,constructing respectively the game strat-egy model of electric power bidding for power generation enterprises in different generation side environments.Study proves that under the condition of regional oligopoly market in Chi-na,if power generation enterprises choose marginal cost pricing strategy,their profits will ap-proach zero,and the productivity constraint strategy is the key to solve the problem.Simulta-neously,Based on the precondition of productivity constraints and the actual situation of mar-ket competition,the optimal solution of bidding strategy in the finite and infinite bidding game of power generation enterprises is studied and analyzed,and the profit situation of pow-er generation enterprises in the finite bidding game is verified.
