The Study Of Seismic And Economic Analysis On The Isolation Building With Cellar

An settling building in different structure condition, aseismic structure, isolation structure accepting rubber bearing or lead rubber bearing as seismic reduction devices ,is analyzed for studying the seismic response character of isolation building .history time analysis with El-centro and Taft wave shock is applied to the study of the structure in small shock and server shock, and the author get lots of valuable results.The results show that, in small shock the RB isolation technique can reduce the seismic response of the super structure efficiently compared with aseismic structure. The deformation of LRB can be reduced with the area of the lead bolts greatly, although the seismic reduction effect can't be reduced compared with the RB seismic reduction structure. In server shock the LRB isolation technique is the best choose than aseismic structure and RB isolation, the deformation of the bearing is smaller while the seismic reduction effect is the best. And the seismic reduction effect is not the linear function of the area of lead bolts, which is different with the structures. The study shows that the optimal design of the LRB isolation can be make through adjusting the area of the lead bolts in the LRB devices. For the calculation example in this paper, seismic reduction theory of the isolation between layers technique, is not just the seismic isolation or period extending, which is the interaction between the poles, bearing and the upper structure.Further more the author studies the economic feasibility of applying isolation technique to the real estate market, through comparing the economy of theisolation structure and the aseismic structure. The isolation technique, which can be developed and applied in the present estate market, will bring great profit return to the developer and more choices to the investor.
