With the rapid development of the design of the bridge construction technology,there are more and more large-span bridges around the world.The quality of the superstructure of these bridges is relatively large,which puts forward new requirements for the vertical bearing capacity of the isolation bearings.Both at home and abroad on the bridge is widely used lead rubber bearings and high damping rubber bearings,the two kinds of vertical design stress problems,this paper based on the new damping material,developed a kind of reinforced rubber bearing capacity,the design stress reached 35 MPa,the limit pressure the stress reaches 210 MPa.If this new type of bearing can be widely used in bridge engineering,it will play an important role in the development of seismic isolation technology for long span bridges.Therefore,the study of this new type of bearing with strengthened bearing has great theoretical and engineering application value.Firstly,this paper discusses the mechanics performance of a new isolation bearing with high high bearing capacity.Our team tested the bearing fatigue properties,shear strain correlation,correlation frequency correlation,correlation of temperature and pressure,shear properties in the limit,the vertical ultimate bearing capacity,aging resistance and creep.Then take the third circle of hysteresis loop back and make use of the equivalent double broken line model to calculate all the basic parameters of the bearing.The results show that the new type of isolation bearing with high high bearing capacity has good mechanical properties and is an ideal bridge isolation products.Then,the article uses the finite element software Midas/Civil2015 to set up the bridge calculation model in tne background of the actual engineering.By eigenvalue analysis and time history analysis,the article compares the structural responses,such as the displacement of girder and the bending moment and internal force of the tower's key sections,which are in the Spherical bearing vibration isolation system and the bearing capacity of reinforced bearing vibration isolation system.As a result,when adopting the new type of bearing capacity of reinforced rubber isolation bearings,the displacement and internal force response of the bridge are reduced,and it has a better effect of vibration isolation.Finally,we put damper in the spherical bearing isolation system and secondary analysis.Contrasting the earthquake response bridges under shock absorption system and bearing capacity of reinforced bearing isolation system.The results show that the damping system for displacement control effect is better and vibration isolation system for internal control is better.In the bridge structure with paying attention to the internal control,the bearing capacity of reinforced isolation bearing can replace the role of the damper.
