Correlation Theory And Technical Research For Complex System Reliability Engineering

Reliability research originated from 1930s, but further research on the equipment and system from 1940s. Accompanied by the development of science and technology, technical equipments become more and more complicated. Therefore, People attach great importance to system reliability. On one hand, the more complex the system is, the more difficult availability of high reliability On the other hand, the more complicated the system is, the more loss caused by accidents be. It not only affects economy, reputation and lives but also brings about more disastrous result. Now reliability is one of main evaluation index paralleled with performance, cost, time etc. So the improvement of system reliability and reliability analysis research is one necessary task we faced.This article has integrated configuration character of modern industrial system and evaluation trends of structure. Based on the reliability of stage, the article have applied general theory of the reliability in design, and analyzed the difference as well as connection between the reliability of monomer equipment and that of system unity. On this basis, the article have discussed theoretical system of complex system reliability, and made a detail discussion about the system reliability analysis of complex system by the method of full path search. The following is the main views and conclusions: Comparing and analyzing the reliability model of typical construction, the article have put forward reliability analysis model of complex system and method of full path search and the main idea and algorithm of analyzing system reliability; principle analyzing, methods and steps which established for the reliability evaluation and index system and put forward hierarchy model index system for complex systems; discussing the classified administration of component factors in the system based on reliability; device and subsystem importance analyzing in complex system and discussing possible methods to improve and enhance reliability of system and have come up with software system of system reliability analysis.In the end this paper summarizes the research work. and put forward future research interests...
