In this thesis, the basic requirement and hardwar system strUCtUr of large-sizedgenerator fault recorder are presented according to the fault feat[lf of large-sized genebor.A l6 bits Mi board H l6 chaxmels high speed synchronous saxnPling is developed. Anew recursive DFT algorithIn is submitted, and the problem of high accuray and SPeed aresolved.The electrical relation of Phase-phase and intris fault of generator stator windngs isstudied in detal. Based on the result, the fault diagnostication according to fault recorddata and locating the fault position of Staor wtndings are put forwar for the first time, it isinnovative and practical.The fault recorder based on the thesis has been successfully produced, and it isoperating and working well.
