It is a hotspot in the current research that the appliance of intelligent structures in the fields of structures vibration and yawp control. Intelligent structures have been used in the big space structures require high capability to adapt its environment. In the use of ship structures vibration control is just at the beginning. In this paper, at the cut-in spot of beam active vibration control and use the PZT material as the drive component, the main research works can be summarized as follows:1) Using the finite element theory, a general finite element formulation of piezoelectric media is derived, the direct and converse piezoelectric effects are considered in the formulation. A humorous response analysis of a cabin sect model with a PZT is performedusing the finite element analysis software- ANSYS.2) The introduce of active control, it emphasize to the PID control theory (proportion, integration, differential coefficient) and the LQG the best control theory (linearity quadratic gauss) , and introduce the way of use it in the field of vibration control.3) Build the active vibration control integration condition which was based on the soft of MATLAB . The apply of computer simulation of LQG control in the cantilever beam model provided numerical simulation condition for the practice physics examination.4) Using Visual Basic program, build the computer real time control system with the core of computer. At the time of solving the problem of computer control system software and hardware , processing the design of user interface , making the perfect control system come into being.5) Processing the active vibration control examination of piezoelectricity material cantilever beam model part with the PID control and the LQG control.
