Active vibration control for piezoelectric intelligent structures is an important task in the field of engineering structural research.In this paper, the research of structural dynamic characteristic analysis, dynamic response analysis and the active vibration control for piezoelectric intelligent structures are studied. Firstly using piezoelectric coupling of piezoelectric materials for active vibration control, a finite element analysis of piezoelectric intelligent structures is developed and a dynamic finite element equation is obtained. Considering the randomness of physics parameters (mass density and elastic module) and geometric parameters (width and thickness) of main structural material and piezoelectric materials, the problem of the structural dynamic characteristic analysis based on probability is studied. The problems of dynamic response analysis of closed loop control system based on reliability for the intelligent beam structures with random parameters were studied, in which the randomness of physics parameters and geometric parameters of materials and applied loads and control forces are considered.The validity of active vibration control for piezoelectric structure with random parameters is demonstrated by means of the computer simulation. And some significant conclusions and results are obtained.
