A1soan interface card has been designed based on PCI Bus protocol in orderto contro1 motor. In this paper another main job is programming devicedriver under Windows98 p1atform using Vtoo1sD.First1y, by moving and circumrotating coordinate switching thecomp1ex model of tri--phase AC asynchronism motor to Magnetization-Torque two axeses, the physica1 mode1 of AC motor is transformedmode1 of DC motor approximate1y, it is convenience to contro1 the motor.Ana1yzing princip1e of fuzzy contro1 system and part of corre1ationproduction provide the foundation for introducing decoup1 ing theoremon a mu1ti--input and mu1ti--output fuzzy system into this paper. Bydecomposing the who1e system into two sub--contro1 systems, a fuzzycontro1 system has been designed to contro1 AC motor. The experimentsabout the designed system has shown that it can make the system runstab1y and reach at the contro1 requirements.Second1y, on the base of designing hardware circuit to implementmeasuring the signa1 of angle disp1acement of motor accurate1y, ainterface card has been designed. From the point of view of softwareand hardware I have gone into particu1ar PCI configuration space andconfigurat ion mechani sm and have put forward a coflvenient and shortcutmethod to operate PCI configuration space. We can find specificallyPCI device and then read or write a1l of the configuration space on1yusing inDut/output conunand.FinaIIy, the paper also has introduced the virtua1 worId of Windowsrs;J{?#--Lase/and how to map the 1ogica1 address to physica1 address in protectedmode and the interrupt mechanism of protected mode, then the paperhas i11ustrated that it is necessary to write virtua1 device driver(VxD) in order to access hardware device from the third leve1.
