| Dynamic weakening technique make use of adjusting structural dynamic characteristics to weaken vibration response,is one mature means of vibration control. Because of its features,such as effective reducing vibration response,wide range of use,simple fixing,easy maintenance and saving in value,this way is widely used,and have good economic performance.This paper first present concept of new type damping spring,then through four types circular spring's experiment when filled with tinsel and soaked with pitch,to study its vary rules of damping.Diversity between new type damping spring and common spring is its damper form variation and coefficient of damping increment. At the same time,experiment shows that pitch has important effect on spring's rigidity. The greater the spring rigidity,smaller is the pitch's effect on coefficient of damping and spring's rigidity.Choosing of parameter for damped reducer is then presented,and its nature is compared. The best effective reducer is chosen based on actual condition. At last,one suffered harmonic load steel beam is applied by high damping spring TMD to reduce vibration,and experiment results indicate that TMD with high damping spring performs better. |
