With the continuous progress of space optical camera technology,the space optical camera is developing towards the direction of super-large aperture and highly lightweight,resulting in the optical camera is particularly sensitive to vibration excitation in the launching process and in-orbit stage,so it is necessary to take necessary vibration reduction measures for the optical camera.In this paper,a new damping structure is designed for a certain camera.The core of the design is to cleverly combine the characteristics of the plate spring and the constrained damping structure.The plate spring provides the supporting stiffness,and the constrained damping structure provides the damping.Through finite element analysis of a kind of spiral groove cutting of circular plate spring,metal plate spring can be changed through adjusting the shape of a spiral groove cutting damping plate spring stiffness,research the Angle of the spiral groove,groove width,the number of arm,and the thickness of the plate spring stiffness and the rule of stress distribution,can be used according to demand,adjust the shape of the plate spring parameters;And the relationship between the number of plate springs and stiffness is studied,linear correlation,easy to adjust,easy to use.Combining plate spring and constrained damping structure,the plate spring as a base,when the deformation constraint damping structure,the grass-roots and relative sliding motion between constraint layer,shear deformation energy damping layer reciprocating motion,anti-vibration effect,the modal strain energy method is adopted for damping of different thickness of damping layer plate spring damping factor analysis,The damping plate spring is compared with the damping plate spring by simulation,and the damping plate spring has better damping effect.Damping plate spring as the basic unit of vibration damping structures,on the stiffness analysis,through the simulation and experimental comparison,to determine the damping plate spring stiffness,damping rod according to the demand of stiffness,damping rod design structure,to test the damping rod stiffness meet the requirements,and carries on the stability analysis for compressive bar is carried out,the design of the damping rod is proved to be reasonable.Will design processing of damping rod assembly to the camera,the camera's main bearing plate is supported by three groups the Bipod damping rod component,three groups the Bipod damping rod shows approximate circular uniform,in accordance with the test outline for accurate identification of the vibration test,vibration response curve of the observation point,not overrun,and frequency sweep test before and after test,the frequency drift is not more than5%,The vibration test meets the requirements.
